Colour washes in vivid cadmium yellow and orange were overlaid on the walls. This provided a strong backdrop for the finely painted crane mural used on two walls at Jimmy's Restaurant.

The detailed work creates interest and a focus of much attention from diners. It also expands the sense of interior space of an otherwise plain property.
